Even Healthcare Secures $20 Million in Fresh Funding, Valuing the Company at $91 Million

Bengaluru-based healthcare startup Even Healthcare has received a significant boost in its fundraise, securing Rs 169 crore (~$20 million) in a new round led by Khosla Ventures. This fresh funding comes after a gap of 20 months, marking a notable milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.

The new funding round saw Khosla Ventures lead with Rs 83.4 crore (~$10 million), followed by significant contributions from Pathfinder and Mercury Fund, which invested Rs 21.3 crore and Rs 26.9 crore, respectively. Other investors, including Simon Fiduciaria, DLB Ventures, Lex Italia, 8 VC, Rainmatter fintech, and others, also participated in the round, cumulatively injecting a substantial amount.

Interestingly, this is the third funding round led by Khosla Ventures for Even Healthcare, which has also expanded its employee stock option (ESOP) pool, adding new options that bring the total pool size to 135,000.

As per TheKredible’s valuation estimates, Even Healthcare now stands at around Rs 753 crore (~$91 million). The company has developed a subscription-based model, offering plans to cover diagnostics, consultations, and hospitalization costs of up to Rs 50 lakh. With its innovative approach to healthcare services, Even has carved a niche for itself by offering personalized managed care programs and compelling even cards for bill payments at partner hospitals and labs.

The company has received a round of applause for its unique offering, which differentiates it from traditional medical insurance. Even’s plan allows for unlimited OPD consultations and diagnostics, providing a comprehensive solution for its members.

With this significant funding, Even Healthcare is poised to strengthen its foothold in the healthcare industry, leveraging its cutting-edge technology and innovative approach to address the growing needs of its customers.
