Year	History
1990	The Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by BIFR in November, 1989 came into operation. The Company turned the corner during the year 1990-91.
1993	The certificate of incorporation was amended by the ROC on July 1, 1993. The Company became a deemed Public Ltd. Company under Section 43A(1-A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
1994	The Company was discharged from the purview of BIFR on 31st August, 1994. The Company issued 8,19,000 shares to the offerers in November 1994 at a premium of Rs.45/- per share to part finance the expansion, modernisation and diversification of the manufacturing facilities at Faridabad. The Shareholders of the Company passed a special resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 19th September, 1994. The turnover of the Company rose to Rs. 1640.76 lacs during the year ended 31st March, 1994 and the profit after tax rose to Rs.141.80 lacs in 1993-94.
1995	The Company issued Bonus Shares in the ratio of 3:5 to the existing shareholders by capitalising a sum of Rs.190.45 Lacs out of its free reserves Share Premium Account in October 1995. The Company achieved a higher turnover of Rs.1832.56 Lacs and a profit before tax of Rs.231.91 Lacs during the year ended 31st March, 1995. The scheme commenced in October 1994 and commissioned 24,000 TPA of Leaf Springs, 3,600 TPA of Parabolic Springs and 1.200 TPA of Rear Axle Shafts by 31.08.95.
1996	The balance capacity of Leaf Springs was scheduled to be commissioned by June 1996. The company proposed to augment the capacity of rear Axle Shafts to 4,800 tpa by setting up a new plant.

Auto Pins India Approves Q1 FY26 Results, Appoints New CFO and Reappoints Auditors

Auto Pins India Limited's Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹980.40 lakhs compared to ₹1,290.51 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax decreased to ₹2.36 lakhs from ₹6.96 lakhs in the previous year's corresponding quarter. The Board appointed Ms. Priti Mishra as Chief Financial Officer, who brings over 12 years of experience in accounts, finance, and taxation across construction and manufacturing industries. The company reappointed M/s Parveen Rastogi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Bhardwaj & Co. as Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2025-26. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at ₹0.04 for the quarter. The Board did not recommend any dividend for the year.
