Golechha Global Finance Board Approves New Auditor Appointments and AGM Notice

Golechha Global Finance Limited's Board of Directors approved several key decisions during their meeting on August 19, 2025. The board recommended the appointment of V. Goyal & Associates, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors for a five-year term from the 34th to 39th Annual General Meeting, replacing M/s B D S & Co. whose term is concluding. V. Goyal & Associates is a Kolkata-based firm established in 1979, offering audit, taxation, and consultancy services to banks, NBFCs, and manufacturing companies. The board also recommended appointing Disha Dugar Jhunjhunwala, Company Secretary as secretarial auditor for five consecutive years. Jhunjhunwala has over 15 years of experience in secretarial audits, corporate laws, and securities laws. Additionally, the board approved the Directors Report along with annexures and the notice for the company's 34th Annual General Meeting. Both auditor appointments require shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
