Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, during a meeting held on July 31, 2025. The Board also approved the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates, which issued an unmodified opinion. The company reappointed M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates as statutory auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years from F.Y. 2025-26 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in financial year 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
