Maitri Enterprises Reports Rs 68.35 Crore Loss in Q1 FY26, Revenue Declines 20%

Maitri Enterprises Limited reported a net loss of Rs 68.35 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 16.11 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 616.57 crore from Rs 769.35 crore year-on-year. The company operates in two segments - sale of services (Rs 424.16 crore revenue) and pharmaceutical goods (Rs 192.41 crore revenue). Total expenses increased to Rs 709.28 crore from Rs 746.95 crore in the previous year quarter. The company's earnings per share stood at negative Rs 1.55. Trade receivables were Rs 298.64 crore with an impairment loss of Rs 98.40 crore recognized on long-outstanding balances. The auditors issued a qualified review conclusion citing concerns over trade payables outstanding for over three years (Rs 41.83 crore) and non-moving inventory items (Rs 47.94 crore) held for more than one year.
