MKP Mobility Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 86.60 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 93.53 lakhs in the previous quarter, while net profit declined to Rs 96.56 lakhs from Rs 96.69 lakhs. The auto components manufacturer for two-wheeler and three-wheeler industry saw its cash and cash equivalents drop significantly to Rs 2.17 lakhs from Rs 17.14 lakhs in the previous year.

MKP Mobility Appoints Mrs. Rajita Rupesh Gupta as Independent Director

MKP Mobility Limited appointed Mrs. Rajita Rupesh Gupta as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on August 8, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Gupta will serve a five-year term from August 8, 2025 to August 7, 2030. She holds a Production Engineering degree and has over 25 years of professional experience. She has been an active director since 2000 in manufacturing instrumentation and mechatronics for construction equipment at Klug Avalon Mechatronics Private Ltd, and is also a Partner in Raina Engineers, which manufactures cranes for offshore oil platforms and marine vessels. She is not related to any existing director of the company and meets the independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
