Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy
Own and drive B2B revenue, brokerage, and profitability targets across assigned segments
Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with business goals
Track pipeline health, conversion ratios, and revenue mix to ensure consistent performance
Client Acquisition & Account Growth
Identify, acquire, and onboard high-value corporate clients
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and key decision-makers
Drive account expansion, cross-selling, and repeat business across financial products
Sales Execution & Deal Management
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization
Maintain strong pipeline visibility and ensure timely deal progression
Market Intelligence & Business Expansion
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
Identify new business opportunities, segments, and partnerships
Contribute to market expansion and revenue growth initiatives
Compliance, Risk & Governance
Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines, internal compliance policies, and risk frameworks
Maintain high standards of ethical selling and client onboarding practices
Coordinate with compliance teams for smooth execution of regulatory requirements
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with product, operations, and delivery teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing
Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery
Support resolution of high-impact client issues and escalations
Reporting & Performance Management
Track and report sales performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts
Maintain structured MIS and dashboards for leadership review
Participate in business reviews, planning, and strategy discussions
3–7 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales / business development
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals
Strong understanding of sales lifecycle, client management, and negotiation
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
Familiarity with broking products (Equity, F&O, MF, PMS, AIF, IPOs, Bonds)
Existing network of corporate clients or decision-makers
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
