About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage HR documentation, records, and internal databases.
  • Draft offer letters and communicate with selected candidates.
  • Oversee company LinkedIn page and support campus hiring initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on daily HR and strategic tasks.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech and/or MBA (HR) preferred; 0–3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
  • Experience with startups is a plus.
