Roles & Responsibilities – Relationship Manager

 Acquire new clients for demat and trading accounts through leads, references, and networking while building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

 Generate revenue by promoting equity trading, derivatives, and other financial products while achieving monthly and quarterly brokerage targets.

 Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular market updates, investment insights, and assisting clients with their trading and investment needs.

 Encourage clients to increase trading activity and investment volume while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, PMS, AIF, and Insurance to enhance revenue opportunities.

 Share research reports, market insights, and product information to help clients make informed investment decisions.

 Ensure proper KYC documentation, demat account opening formalities, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI and stock exchange guidelines.

 Maintain accurate client records and documentation while resolving client queries related to trading, accounts, and platform usage.

 Coordinate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure smooth client servicing and quick resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services.

 Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity trading, and financial products.

 Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in client acquisition or relationship management in a broking firm.

 Existing network of active traders or HNI clients.

 Certification such as NISM Series VIII or other relevant certifications.
