What You’ll Actually Do

Content Creation (Daily Output)

• Ship high-quality content every single day (posts, reels, threads)

• Write copy that’s sharp, scroll-stopping, and not generic

• Work with design/video to turn ideas into fast, consumable content
  

Distribution & Execution

• Post across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X with intent

• Maintain a tight, consistent content pipeline (no dead days)

• Ensure everything going out is clean, on-brand, and fast
  

Trend Hijacking (Speed Matters)

• Spot trends early and act before they peak

• Adapt formats to fintech, markets, and trading

• Turn ideas into content within hours, not days
  

Community & Engagement

• Reply to comments and DMs like a human, not a bot

• Build conversations, not just replies

• Turn engagement into brand recall
  

Performance & Iteration

• Track what works (and what flops)

• Double down on winners, kill weak formats

• Obsess over engagement, reach, and shareability

Baseline Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 0–1 year experience OR proof of work (portfolio / page / content)

• Ability to write clear, concise copy

• Interest in finance / markets / trading

• Basic design or video editing sense

• Location: Okhla, New Delhi (in-office, no exceptions)

• CTC: Fixed + performance upside
