For delivery-based trades, a flat minimum fee of ₹0.01 will be charged per order. A brokerage of 0.5% of the contract value will be charged for contracts where physical delivery happens. Further, clients who opt to receive physical contract notes will be charged ₹20 per contract note plus courier charges.
Please note that brokerage charges that are calculated will be within the maximum rate as specified by SEBI and the exchanges. All other statutory and regulatory charges are as per actuals. In addition to the charges mentioned here, Pocketful may offer additional products, offerings and value added services that may be charged separately; any such charges or fees will be invoiced to the clients.
Brokerage is also charged on expired, exercised, and assigned options contracts. Further, if the account is in debit balance, any order placed will be charged ₹40 per executed order, instead of ₹20 per executed order.
The interest rate applicable under the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) is determined solely on the amount funded by Pocketful, not on the total transaction value. The applicable interest rate is charged on the entire funded amount as per the slab in which the funded amount falls. For example, if the amount funded by Pocketful exceeds ₹50,000, the interest rate of 14.60% per annum will be applied to the entire funded amount, not just the portion above ₹50,000. The rates are not incremental.
The maximum holding period for securities funded under MTF is one (1) year from the date of settlement. Additionally, the maximum value that Pocketful will fund under MTF per account is capped at ₹5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crores). Further, the interest charges on the funded amount will commence from the settlement date.
The Charges are subject to revision at sole discretion of Pocketful Fintech Capital Private Limited. Any revision (or upward revision) of charges will be intimated in advance. The same will be also updated on the app and website of Pocketful.
The charges mentioned above apply exclusively to retail clients. Different rates will apply to NRIs, Companies, Partnerships, etc.
