Aar Shyam India Investment Company Limited appointed Mr. Ankit Mehra as Additional Director in the capacity of Executive Director, effective July 24, 2025. The company also announced the resignation of Ms. Drishti Sidhwa as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective June 30, 2025. Mr. Mehra, aged 43 years, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Masters in Systems and IT, with 14 years of techno-commercial experience in Information Technology across healthcare, telecom, and IT consulting domains. He has previously worked with Computer Science Corporation as Program Manager, British Telecom, and Tech Mahindra. The company confirmed that Mr. Mehra is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding directorial positions.
