2010

  • The company was incorporated as Advait Infratech Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956.

2013

  • The Company purchased a Warehouse located at Non agriculture land at Moraiya.

2016

  • The Company entered into a Joint Venture with Jiangsu Tongguang Optical Fiber Cable Co. Ltd and thus ventured into manufacturing of OPGW.

2019

  • The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Advait Infratech Limited.
  • A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC.

2022

  • The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1
  • The Company Has Received Award In Leader In Power And Telecommunication Infrastructure At The Times Gujarat Icons 2022.
  • The Company received an order from Tehri Hydro Development Corporation India Ltd. for Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance.

2024

  • The Company Expands Stake in TECO 2030 to Boost Clean Energy and Fuel Cell Technology in India and SRAAC.
  • The Company Secures Strategic Award for Setting Up 200 MW Alkaline Electrolysers Manufacturing Capacities in India.
  • The Company Advait Secures Major EPC Contract from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd.

2025

  • The Company name has changed to Advait Energy Transitions Ltd. from Advait Infratech Ltd.
  • The Company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a turnkey project valued at 49.99 crore.
  • The Company has received a domestic contract worth Rs 7.43 crore from Gujarat BESS Pvt. Ltd.
  • The company received Letter of Award from Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. for Product Linked Incentive for Electrolyser Manufacturing Facility of 200 MW.
