1995

2006

  • The trademark of Agni Power & Electronics Private Limited was registered.

2007

  • The company signed a Technological License Agreement with Magellan Power System – Australia.

2009

  • The company was registered under the Government Purchase Enlistment Certificate of NSIC.
  • The company signed an I & C Agreement for executing India's 2nd largest SPV Power Plant.

2011

  • The company opened a regional office at Mizoram.
  • The company became an MNRE Channel Partner under JNNSM.

2013

  • The company was registered under MSME.
  • The company was awarded an SP1A rating from CRISIL-MNRE, Govt. Of India.
  • The company opened regional offices at Tripura and Assam.

2015

  • The company executed a 500kWp Canal Top Project with 11 kv evacuation.

2017

  • The company set up a production unit at Srijan Industrial Logistic Park.
  • The company executed a 1MW Rooftop SPV Plant at IIT, Kharagpur.

2018

  • The company received the Innovative Developments & Energy Excellence Award for excellence in Rural Outreach.
  • The company started hybrid PCU production in collaboration with OPS.
  • The company crossed a turnover of 50 Crore.

2019

  • The company was awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
  • The company was awarded ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification.
  • The company was awarded OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certification.
  • The company executed an MES 1.2 ground mounted SPV Plant.
  • The company executed the GAIL Gas Pipeline Project.

2020

2022

  • The company name was changed to Agni Green Power Limited from Agni Power and Electronics Limited.
