2016	The Dahej plant was inspected by PMDA Japan.
2018	The Company was acquired by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited. The name of the Company was changed to Glenmark Life Sciences Private Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC. The Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company. The Dahej plant was inspected by EDQM, ANSM and US-FDA. The Mohol plant was inspected by US-FDA.
2019	The API business was spun off into the Company. The Ankleshwar plant was inspected by US-FDA, Health Canada and PMDA Japan.
2021	The Company achieved a milestone of 403 cumulative drug master files registrations across multiple markets globally.
