Out of the total funds, Rs. 2,379.00 lakhs have been utilized across various objectives including technical advancement of technology (Rs. 138.83 lakhs utilized), business development spending (Rs. 120.49 lakhs), funding inorganic growth initiatives (Rs. 15.00 lakhs), and issue-related expenses (Rs. 2,104.68 lakhs). The remaining unutilized amount of Rs. 5,089.60 lakhs is invested in fixed deposits. The Audit Committee confirmed that IPO proceeds were utilized for the intended objectives.

Mukul Gupta, Promoter and Managing Director of CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited, acquired 13,200 equity shares through open market transactions on September 5, 2025.
