Cerebra Integrated Technologies Reports Rs 1,410 Crore Loss in Q1 FY26, Faces Going Concern Issues

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited reported a net loss of Rs 1,410.13 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 1,063.51 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 179.05 crore from Rs 1,017.27 crore year-on-year. The company recorded exceptional items including stock devaluation of Rs 954.79 crore. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Parameshwar Bhat as Secretarial Auditor for five years and recommended re-appointment of YCRJ & Associates as Statutory Auditors. Auditors issued a disclaimer of conclusion citing going concern uncertainties, noting the company has incurred significant operating losses, reduced workforce, ceased refurbishment activities, and faces challenges meeting obligations including Rs 23 crore in defaulted loans. The company operates in E-Waste Recycling & Refurbishment segment and temporarily shut down refurbishment activity due to lack of working capital.
