Citichem India's board approved raising INR 136,300,000 through issuance of 4,700,000 convertible warrants at Rs. 29 per warrant to promoters and others, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting. The company also approved unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs. 251.68 lacs compared to Rs. 1,009.54 lacs in the previous year.

Citichem India Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for November 14, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also discuss a proposal for raising funds through equity shares, warrants, convertible securities, or other securities via preferential allotment and private placement.
