City Pulse Multiventures Limited approved its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 113.64 lacs, up from Rs. 20.12 lacs in the previous quarter and Rs. 41.18 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit reached Rs. 54.58 lacs compared to Rs. 27.45 lacs in the previous quarter and Rs. 24.56 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.51. The company also appointed M/s. Payal Dhamecha & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-2030, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Tripti Karwa was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective August 13, 2025. The consolidated results showed identical figures to the standalone results.
