Command Polymers Limited reported a net loss before tax of Rs 331.67 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 38.54 lakhs in the previous period. The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 312.19 lakhs. Total expenses increased to Rs 545.86 lakhs. The company's cash and cash equivalents decreased to Rs 14.11 lakhs from Rs 31.79 lakhs. Long-term borrowings rose to Rs 502.9 lakhs from Rs 323.91 lakhs, while short-term borrowings increased to Rs 1,151.08 lakhs from Rs 760.19 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on November 11, 2025. As an SME Exchange-listed company, Command Polymers is exempt from submitting related party transaction reports under SEBI regulations.
