Cool Caps Industries Raises Rs 279.97 Crore Through Rights Issue for Mainboard Migration

Cool Caps Industries is raising Rs 279.97 crore through a rights issue priced at Rs 70 per share, which closes on October 24. The rights issue opened on September 30, with applicants paying Rs 17.5 per share upfront and the remaining Rs 52.5 per share at a later date determined by the board. The Kolkata-based plastic caps manufacturer, currently listed on NSE SME platform, will become eligible for mainboard migration after completing this rights issue. Proceeds will strengthen the company's financial position and support general corporate purposes. The company reported revenue of Rs 271.85 crore for the year ended March 2025, representing a 69% increase from Rs 161.03 crore in the previous year.
