1993

  • Sri Y.Rajeev Reddy was appointed as Managing Director of the company for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st October.

1996

  • Smt. P.Sujatha Reddy was appointed as Wholetime Director of the company for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st April.

2000

  • Hotel Amrutha Best Western, a division of Country Club India Limited, signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) for reciprocal business.
  • The company expanded its business by establishing clubs in other major cities in the country.

2001

  • The Country Club India signed MoUs to set up Country Clubs in Jalandhar, Amritsar and Ludhiana.

2004

  • Country Club India Limited entered into a strategic alliance with Royal Resorts to form The Royal Country Vacations International Holiday Club.
  • Country Club acquired Sun Valley, an existing club owned by Vijayanagar Resorts.

2008

  • The company split its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.

2009

  • Country Club India recommended a dividend of Re 0.40 per share.

2010

  • Country Club India launched its latest concept, CK 27 in Chennai.

2011

  • Country Club India recommended a final dividend of 5%.

2012

  • Country Club India recommended a final dividend of 5%.

2014

  • The company changed its name from Country Club (India) Ltd to Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd.

2016

  • Country Club Hospitality & Holidays started a new venture as Country Club Wellness World at Delhi.
  • Country Club Hospitality & Holidays was awarded with Better Holiday Award by Holiday IQ and Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor.
  • Country Club Hospitality & Holidays launched Functional Training Fitness Studio-FTX at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
