Cranes Software International Ltd. approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs 487.55 lakhs compared to Rs 515.84 lakhs loss in the same quarter last year. On a consolidated basis, the net loss was Rs 172.53 lakhs versus Rs 145.64 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Consolidated income from operations was Rs 125.76 lakhs, down from Rs 207.70 lakhs in the corresponding quarter. The company appointed Mr. Mehul Jain as Scrutinizer for its upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting. Basic earnings per share on standalone basis was negative Rs 0.32 compared to negative Rs 0.44 in the same quarter last year.
