Dalal Street Investments Limited reported a net loss of Rs 24.09 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 6.90 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company had no revenue from operations during the quarter, with total revenue of Rs 11.26 lakhs coming entirely from other income. Total expenses increased to Rs 35.35 lakhs from Rs 30.29 lakhs year-over-year. The Board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Geeta Manekshana as Managing Director and CEO for a three-year term from May 25, 2025 to May 24, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Manekshana, who holds a B.Com degree and has been with the company since January 2019, is the wife of Director and Promoter Mr. Murzash Manekshana. The company's debt-equity ratio improved to 0.31 from 0.54 in the previous year, while basic earnings per share was negative at Rs 7.65.
