Dev Labtech Venture Limited Completes 32nd AGM with All Seven Resolutions Passed

Dev Labtech Venture Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2025, via video conferencing from 1:00 PM to 1:11 PM. All seven resolutions were passed with 100% approval from voting shareholders. The approved resolutions included adoption of financial statements, appointment of Mrs. Dimple Jay Donda as director, appointment of M/s. H A R & Co. as statutory auditors, approval for material related party transactions, shifting registered office from Bhavnagar to Surat within Gujarat, and remuneration approvals for Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Jerambhai Lavjibhai Donda and Whole-time Director Mr. Jay Jerambhai Donda. The meeting had 969 shareholders on record date September 20, 2025, with 16 shareholders attending through video conferencing (5 promoters and 11 public shareholders).
