For the half-year period, the company posted a net loss of Rs 5.83 lakhs against Rs 12.74 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. The company's auditors issued a qualified conclusion regarding an electricity subsidy receivable of Rs 1.10 crores under loans and advances, stating they are unable to ascertain the recoverability of this balance due to inadequate information about its present status. This qualification has been continuing since March 2022. Management stated they are in the process of recovering the electricity subsidy amount and consider it recoverable. The company confirmed no deviations in the use of IPO proceeds and that all promoter shareholdings are in dematerialized form.

Elango Industries Limited reported a net loss of Rs 4.89 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 9.59 lakhs in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 21.19 lakhs from Rs 4.32 lakhs year-over-year. The company made significant leadership changes including re-appointing S. Elangovan as Managing Director for five years (August 2025 to August 2030) and appointing Mrs. Ashitha K as Independent Non-Executive Women Director for a five-year term. Mrs. Ashitha K was also named Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The tenure of Dr. M.
