HDIL Reports Sharp Quarterly Decline with ₹259.69 Lakh Loss Despite Annual Revenue Growth

Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) submitted its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net loss of ₹259.69 lakhs in Q4 FY2025, a significant decline from the ₹659.81 lakh profit in the previous quarter. Net sales dropped dramatically to ₹40.62 lakhs from ₹1,440.64 lakhs in Q3 FY2025. For the full year, HDIL showed improved performance with net sales rising to ₹3,395.61 lakhs from ₹204.59 lakhs in FY2024, while annual net loss reduced to ₹1.13 lakhs from ₹1,031.65 lakhs in the previous year. The company maintains negative net worth with total liabilities of ₹6,24,249.88 lakhs against total assets of ₹3,94,756.39 lakhs. HDIL continues under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since August 20, 2019, with Resolution Professional Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane managing affairs. Resolution plans have been approved for 6 verticals, with NCLT approving plans for 2 verticals. Auditors issued a disclaimer of opinion citing insufficient evidence due to ongoing insolvency proceedings and various compliance issues.
