Indo Gulf Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 104.14 lakh compared to a loss of Rs 19.19 lakh in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,995.50 lakh versus Rs 7,136.66 lakh in the preceding quarter. Total income reached Rs 7,005.65 lakh while total expenses were Rs 6,726.52 lakh. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 1.09 from negative Rs 0.20 in the previous quarter. The board meeting was held on August 14, 2025, and Director Rajesh Jain was authorized to sign and file the financials due to Managing Director Gaurav Kumar's unavailability. The results were reviewed by the audit committee before board approval.
