2014	The company acquired the proprietorship concern 'L. T. Engineering' along with all its assets, liabilities and business.

2024	The company was converted into a public limited company. The company's name was changed to 'L. T. Elevator Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The company acquired Park Smart Solutions Limited, which became a wholly owned subsidiary.
