Company History

1980

  • The company was incorporated on 29th January at Bharuch.
  • The Company started manufacturing rolled rings for bearing races.

1981

  • 10,00,000 shares were allotted to promoters and associate companies.
  • 15,00,000 No. of equity shares were offered at par to the public in May.

1983

  • Forfeiture on 2,475 No. of equity shares was annulled.

1985

  • 5,00,000 right equity shares were issued at par to the equity shareholders.

1987

  • The Company established facilities for the manufacture of forged combination rings.
  • A new forging line was installed in May.

1988

  • The registration certificate was received from Government for the enhanced capacity of rolled rings.

1990

  • The plant was shut down for maintenance due to curfew, power shortage, etc.

1991

  • The Company added certain additional balancing equipments to ease production bottle-necks.

1993

  • The company installed wind turbines to meet the growing demand for power.
  • The Company proposed to install additional equipments to add smaller size rings to its range of products.

1995

  • MIPCO Seiko Bearings Ltd. amalgamated with the Company.
  • 5,85,000 No. of equity shares were allotted to shareholders on amalgamation.

2011

  • The Company approved the Scheme of Arrangement involving reduction of capital and merger of Corpus Software Private Limited.
  • The communication address of the Company was updated to its Corporate office in Hyderabad.

2012

  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to Bharuch, Gujarat.

2015

  • The Company approved the alteration of Memorandum of Association to change the registered office from Gujarat to Karnataka.
  • The company approved a new Registered Office address at Bangalore.
