She holds a B.Com degree and has experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and regulatory affairs. Her responsibilities include statutory compliance under Companies Act and SEBI regulations, board and shareholder meetings, corporate governance, stock exchange filings, and liaison with regulatory authorities.
