  • SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LIMITED was originally incorporated as Fairdeal Leasing Finance & Investment Company Limited on February 9, 1984.

1993

  • There was a change in the management of the company as a result of the acquisition of shares by a team of professionals on August 1993.
  • The name of the company was changed to SRG FINMAN (INDIA) LIMITED on November 30, 1993.

1994

  • A public announcement was made via an advertisement in the Statesman, Dainik Jagran, and Business and Political Observer on April 12, 1994.
  • The Stock Exchange was informed by a notice on April 12, 1994.
  • The offer was sent to individual shareholders on April 9, 1994, at the highest price prevailing during the last 6 months, i.e., Rs. 25/-.

1995

  • The name of the Company was changed to SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LTD on January 18, 1995.

2000

  • SRG Infotech embarked upon a major expansion program to consolidate its position in the IT industry.

2004

  • Members approved the delisting of shares from Ahmedabad, Calcutta, and Madras Stock Exchanges.

2007

  • The company name was changed from SRG Infotec Ltd to Pan India Corporation Ltd.

2009

  • Ms. Preeti Mehra was appointed as Company Secretary of the Company effective June 29, 2009.

2014

  • The registered office of the Company was shifted from 4/18, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi-110002 to 1111, 11th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001.

2016

  • The registered office of the Company was shifted from 1111, 11th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 to 711, 7th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001.
