The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 69.69 crores for the six months ended September 2025, compared to Rs 68.60 crores in the previous period. Net profit for the period was Rs 10.45 crores versus Rs 49.36 crores in the prior year. The company also appointed Mr. Krushnarao Sahebrao Makode as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. Makode brings over 19 years of experience in Internal Audit, Assurance, Taxation, and Audit Compliance. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received a limited review from statutory auditors.
