2009	The company was incorporated as a Private Limited company on March 25, 2009.
2021	There was a change in control and ownership of the company to the current promoters. The company changed its name to P. N. Gadgil & Sons Gargi Costume Jewellery Private Limited on August 31, 2021. The company set up the brand Gargi by P.N. Gadgil and Sons under the fashion jewellery segment. The company commenced operations under the fashion jewellery segment.
2022	The company entered into an agreement with P. N. Gadgil & Sons Limited and P. N. Gadgil Art & Culture Foundation to utilize infrastructure facilities. The company changed its name to PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Private Limited on September 7, 2022. The company changed its status to Public Limited and its name to PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited on September 26, 2022. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on November 2, 2022.
2023	The company commenced commercial sale of 14 Carat gold studded with diamond jewellery on October 17, 2023.
