Polylink Polymers (India) Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 2,160.78 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs. 2,035.62 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs. 2,085.74 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 25.90 lakhs versus Rs. 42.80 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half year, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 4,196.40 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 68.70 lakhs. The company's earnings per share for the quarter was Rs. 0.08. Total assets increased to Rs. 4,557.47 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, from Rs. 3,972.10 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The company operates in a single segment of manufacturing and sale of polymeric compounds. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors.

Polylink Polymers Appoints New Company Secretary, Reappoints Independent Director and Auditors

Polylink Polymers (India) Limited's Board of Directors approved several key appointments. Ms. Priyal Dangi was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective August 8, 2025. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number ACS 76462, passed her CS Professional Examination in June 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
