2001

Mr. Puspjeet Kumar acquired majority stake in the company and assumed control.
Acquisition of leasehold rights of 23.75 Satak of land situated at Dankuni.

2013

The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to 'Polymac Thermoformers Limited'.

2014

The equity shares of Polymac Thermoformers Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange.
