Suman Nandi Announces Open Offer to Acquire 26% Stake in Premium Capital Market and Investment Limited

Suman Nandi has issued a public announcement for an open offer to acquire 17,04,000 equity shares of Premium Capital Market and Investment Limited, representing 26% of the company's total issued and subscribed capital. The offer price is set at Rs. 6.40 per share, with a total consideration of Rs. 1,09,05,600. The offer was triggered under Regulation 4 following Nandi's acquisition of control through a direct transaction where he acquired 15,89,300 shares (24.25% stake) for Rs. 23,83,950 in cash.
