2013
- The Company merged with Kenson Manufacture Private Limited.
2017
- The Company converted from a private limited company to a public limited company.
- The name of the Company was changed to 'Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited'.
2022
- Prince Pipes awarded IGBC Platinum rated Green Building certification by the Indian Green Building Council for Jaipur Plant.
