Company History
2018
- The Company was originally incorporated as RO Jewels Private Limited under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated December 11.
- The Proprietor and our Company exchanged letters dated 11-12-2018 regarding the acquisition/sale and transfer of assets and stocks between themselves.
2019
- Our Company was converted into a public company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on September 20.
- The name was changed to 'RO Jewels Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 01.
- The Company acquired the entire business of Proprietorship Concern of one of our Promoter- Mr. Bharat Rasiklal Shah viz, M/s Ravi Ornaments through the Business Succession Agreement dated December 18, effective from May 31.
2022
- The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 82:32.
2023
- The Company has split its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
