Rajnish Retail Reports Quarterly Profit of Rs 10.16 Lacs with 63% Revenue Growth

Rajnish Retail Limited's board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 2,175.02 lacs, up from Rs 1,333.67 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit stood at Rs 10.16 lacs compared to Rs 51.52 lacs in the same quarter last year. Total income including other income reached Rs 2,196.58 lacs. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 156,750,000 from Rs 153,300,000 in the previous year. Basic earnings per share was Rs 0.0065 for the quarter. The board meeting was held on August 6, 2025, and the results will be published in newspapers as per regulatory requirements.
