1993	The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Private Limited.
1996	The Company was converted to public company. The name of the Company was changed to Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Limited.
1998	The Company obtained its Certificate of Registration from RBI to carry on the business of non-banking financial institution. The Company came out with the Public issue of 2420000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- Each at par in Vadodara Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
2005	The company split its shares to facilitate the illiquidity problem.
2014	Mr. Pradip Jain was appointed as Whole time Director of the Company.
