2023	The company's name was changed from Raymond Consumer Care Pvt.Ltd. to Raymond Lifestyle Ltd.
2024	The company's name was changed to Raymond Lifestyle Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on April 4, 2024.
