Rishabh Digha Steel Reports 114% Jump in Quarterly Profit to Rs 17.22 Lakhs

Rishabh Digha Steel & Allied Products Limited reported a net profit of Rs 17.22 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 8.04 lakhs in the same quarter last year, marking a 114% increase. The company's total income declined to Rs 30.58 lakhs from Rs 25.95 lakhs year-on-year, with revenue from operations remaining nil in both periods. Other income increased to Rs 30.58 lakhs from Rs 25.95 lakhs. Total expenses decreased significantly to Rs 7.27 lakhs from Rs 17.91 lakhs, primarily due to lower other expenses. Basic and diluted earnings per share doubled to Rs 0.31 from Rs 0.15. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results on August 14, 2025, following review by the Audit Committee and statutory auditors Bilimoria Mehta & Co.
