Rodium Realty Reports Strong Q1 Performance, Introduces ESOP Scheme and Appoints New Auditors

Rodium Realty Limited approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 257.51 lakhs compared to Rs. 67.26 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with profit after tax of Rs. 187.10 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 218.28 lakhs in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached Rs. 1,452.69 lakhs compared to Rs. 891.09 lakhs, with profit after tax of Rs. 227.39 lakhs against a loss of Rs. 283.17 lakhs. The board approved the Rodium Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025 covering 4,00,000 equity shares with an exercise price of Rs. 50 per option, subject to shareholder approval. The company also recommended the appointment of M/s. M. M. Nissim & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for five years, replacing M/s. SCA and Associates. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025, to be conducted through video conferencing.
