RTS Power Corporation Board Approves Re-appointment of Siddharth Bhutoria as Whole-time Director for 5 Years

RTS Power Corporation Limited's Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Siddharth Bhutoria as Whole-time Director for a five-year term effective July 15, 2025. The decision was made based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and requires shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Bhutoria, aged 38, holds a BBM in Finance from Bangalore University and an MSc Finance from Lancaster University, UK. He is the son of Mr. Rajendra Bhutoria, Vice Chairman and Whole-time Director of the company. He joined RTS Power Corporation and the Bhutoria Group in 2008 and has been serving as Director since 2020. He oversees the group's overseas operations in Ethiopia, which began manufacturing transformers in 2013.
