- The Santosh group took over M/s. Himalaya Silk Mills Pvt Limited.
- The Santosh Group inducted Directors and acquired shares in the Company.
1988
- Commercial production was started at the present factory.
1989
- The Company achieved a net sales of Rs. 73.96 lacs and incurred a loss of Rs. 6.4 lacs in its first year of operations.
1992
- The name of the Company was changed to SANTOSH FINE-FAB PRIVATE LIMITED.
1994
- The Company was converted into a Limited Company.
- A fresh certificate of change of name was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay.
2007
- The company designated an E-mail ID for investor complaints.
