  • The company obtained a certificate of change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on 16th November 1992.

1994

  • The company came out with a public issue of 20,00,000 equity shares.
  • The issue opened on 15th April 1994.

2007

  • The members of the company unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. Ritesh Jain as a Whole time Director.

2023

  • The company name was changed to Satiate Agri Ltd. from Shaba Chemicals Ltd.
