ScooBeeDayGarments (India) Limited reported a loss before tax of Rs 191.69 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 46.78 lakhs in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations declined to Rs 2,038.17 lakhs from Rs 4,138.39 lakhs year-on-year. For the second quarter alone, the company posted a loss of Rs 608.94 lakhs before tax. The company operates in two business segments: Garments and Aluminium Roofing and Accessories. The garments segment contributed Rs 1,925.91 lakhs to half-year revenue while aluminium roofing contributed Rs 112.26 lakhs. The company recently completed a rights issue offering 45 lakh equity shares at Rs 90 per share, receiving applications for 34.2 lakh shares worth Rs 3,078.03 lakhs. The issue opened on September 12, 2025 and closed on October 10, 2025.
