2012	The company commenced sales of its products to retail businesses in Kerela, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
2013	The name of the partnership firm was changed from M/s Shanti Gold to M/s Shanti Gold International. The partnership firm was converted into a public limited company under the name and style of Shanti Gold International Limited. The company was granted the certificate of commencement of business by the RoC.
2022	The company produced more than 1,000 kgs of 22kt CZ casting gold jewellery.
2024	The company shifted its manufacturing facilities to a new facility in Mumbai with an installed production capacity of 2,700 kilograms per annum.
