Shreeji Translogistics Statutory Auditors Resign Over Fee Dispute

M/s. Sanjay C. Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, resigned as Statutory Auditors of Shreeji Translogistics Limited effective August 12, 2025. The auditors cited commercial reasons for their resignation, stating that their remuneration is not commensurate with the time, effort and cost required to discharge their duties. The firm was appointed at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2024, for a five-year term from 2024-25 to 2028-29. The company had declined the auditors' proposal for increased audit and assurance fees and asked them to continue at the same existing fees for the next two years. The auditors completed their final obligation by issuing Limited Review Reports on the company's Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, on August 11, 2025. The Audit Committee and Board of Directors will take steps to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation.
